The Welsh Assembly Government has published its Climate Change Strategy which was launched at an event at the Centre for Alternative Technology near Machynlleth on Thursday 7th October, a beautiful autumn day as it turned out. First Minister Carwyn Jones and Minister for Environment, Sustainability and Housing, Jane Davidson were amongst the presenters who were closely questioned by an audience drawn from local government, higher education and a variety of associations and organisations interested in climate change issues. The Welsh Assembly Government climate stategy page is here with a variety of PDF versions of the stategy document  including one specifically for young people that can be downloaded here. Please note that C3W gets a mention on page 44.
